THE BENDAS BRIGADE CREED
 I
believe in personal responsibility. I
support giving a hand up for someone that
has physical or mental troubles, or has
fallen on tough times and is trying to
recover.
I oppose handouts to those who
want to live off of my labor. I oppose
“redistribution” of what I have worked for
to those who do not want to earn it.
I demand that we get our government’s
spending under control, each generation is
responsible for paying its own debts. I
support reducing the size of our government
in Washington DC. No department of
government is a sacred cow, it’s my tax
money and I want to see it spent for cost
conscious government, or I want it back. I
want to eliminate the annual budgetary
deficit without any accounting tricks or
“off budget” expenses.
I believe
that our elected officials owe us integrity
and honesty, and that if they abuse their
power, they belong in jail.
I
commit to the following to support the
election of Michael Bendas to the US House
of Representatives. I do not expect anything
in return except for his honest support for
fiscal responsibility, integrity in
government and the security of the nation.
1.) Contribute $112 (the General
Election is on 11-2 in 2010) to Bendas For
Congress NOTE: If you cannot afford to
donate $112, give what you can. If you
cannot afford anything, do not stretch your
budget (your family comes first), but join
the Brigade anyway. If you can afford to
give more, it will be appreciated.
2.) Recruit one Recruit one fired up person
a month until we are standing shoulder to
shoulder with 1000 activists!
3.) Display a sign on my
lawn or in a window supporting Mike Bendas
for Congress
4.) Volunteer for 2 days
of work during the last month before the Nov
2d General Election
5.) Knock on 50
doors in my neighborhood during the 5 days
before the election to get out the vote.
6.) Make 10 calls or visits to people
that I know supporting Mike in the last 5
days before the General Election,
(suggestion: 2 Republicans, 4 Independents,
4 Conservative Democrats).
